Are you all ready to see Brooke’s “Mad Men” inspired portion of her session?! I felt like a boxing announcer just then for a second, ya know that whole, “Let’s get ready to rumbllllle!!” I mean, I didn’t literally just yell it out loud, but in my head, that’s exactly how it sounded! ;) Seriously though, I have been so excited to share these with you all!
Before we look at all the images, just a little on the behind the scenes work that went into creating this fabulous shoot. A few weeks into our planning the shoot, Brooke found the perfect dress. Literally, it was perfect – perfect style for her vision and the perfect fit!! I visited local antique shops and researched how to find period appropriate pieces. I even enlisted the help of my mother to hit some antique shops on her side of town. All of this was for the mission of finding the perfect 1950s-1960s style props to help with our shoot. After binge watching hours and hours of Mad Men episodes, I couldn’t wait for this shoot!
The day of the shoot was perfect and Brooke, as you can tell, did an amazing job! If this girl didn’t channel her inner Joan Holloway / Betty Draper, well my friends, no one can. ;)
I cannot wait for another “Be Unique” portrait session like this!!! It’ll be tough to beat this one, for sure, but I bet there is another fabulous senior girl out there that’s ready for the challenge! ;)

Snow Princess ~ Atlanta Styled Shoot ~ {Johns Creek, Alpharetta, Lawrenceville – Gwinnett County / GA Senior Portrait Photographer}
February 19, 2014Before Atlanta had, not one, but two major snow storms (no laughing) this year, I thought that it would be a fantastic idea to have a “snow shoot.” Born was the idea of the “Snow Princess” shoot. *side note – if you haven’t seen the Saturday Night Live take on our first storm this year, please, stop what you are doing right now, and do yourself a favor and CLICK HERE. “OHHHH Setherie” you won’t regret it, I promise.
Heck, if I had waited a few months, I wouldn’t have had to use my store bought Michael’s craft store snow at all. ;)
But then again, I wouldn’t have had the fun that I did with Natalie and her mom Cindy that day in the Ingles parking lot!
oh boy….I do realize how country that just sounded. ;)
I love this next image so, sooo much! Natalie, you killed this and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Thank you so much for everything! I am so happy to have met you and your wonderful family this year! *HUGS* all around. :D ♥ the deLatour Family!!

Kristen ~ Atlanta Senior Portraits Photographer ~ Peachtree Ridge ~ {Johns Creek, Alpharetta, Lawrenceville – Gwinnett County}
February 18, 2014Do you watch Fox’s Glee?
Peachtree Ridge’s Kristen Borgognoni was my final Class of 2014 Senior (photographed in 2013) and boy did we go out with a bang! From the second I posted sneak peeks of Kristen, all I heard was “Lea Michele Look-a-like” & “Does this remind you of Lea Michele?” and the most recent post on Instagram – #rachelberrylookalike
I love it! :) I don’t personally watch Glee – (sorry!) but I love how so many of you responded to Kristen’s senior portraits!
Kristen will be in the Miss Peachtree Ridge Pageant this weekend and I wish her TONS of luck!!!!!

February 16, 2014Oh my goodness, have I got to play catch up!
Forgive me, because it’s been a while since I’ve done a session blog post, but I’m back and trying to get all caught up again! ;)
First up – we have Peachtree Ridge’s Paige Guerreso!
I can’t say enough about Paige and her mom Julie. Between consultation, shoot, order session, delivery, etc…I think I spent every weekend for about 6 weeks with them. After all of that, I was having serious Guerreso family withdrawals because they are such a sweet family! And let me tell you, their kitchen smelled wonderful – every . single . time. ;) I didn’t try the food, but if it tasted a smidge of how wonderful it smelled, I might still be over at their house. All of those wonderful italian aromas…meatballs and gnocchi….
wait, maybe you shouldn’t blog post or grocery shop when you are hungry, right? ;)
seriously, Paige – this is gorgeous!! ♥♥♥
awww….looking at these makes me feel like it’s time to visit the Guerreso’s again! This was one of those shoots that had just as many interesting stories as it does beautiful images! Like the completely unexpected sun shower, or the random truck driving behind us in the field. It’s these moments though, that make all of my senior sessions so memorable. :D
That’s all for now….Anyone else feel like meatballs?

Kristen ~ Atlanta Senior Portrait Review ~ {Johns Creek, Alpharetta, Lawrenceville – Gwinnett County / Georgia Senior Portrait Photographer}
February 15, 2014“When I started thinking about senior pictures I realized I wanted them to reflect my style and personality. I wanted outdoor pictures and wanted to have multiple outfits. I felt that going to a studio would not have been personal and I wouldn’t love the pictures. When we found Tricia’s website, my first thought was that it was exactly what I wanted, so I applied to be a senior spokesmodel!
Tricia has a true passion for photography and is very personable. We stayed in contact throughout the planning of the shoot and she helped us to pick clothing, accessories, and locations. She makes the whole experience very fun and easy! Tricia will do anything to get the perfect shot and is very dedicated to her work.
I would highly recommend Tricia to anyone who wants a personal senior picture experience. My shoot was tons of fun, and the pictures are amazing!”

Paige ~ Senior Portrait Review ~ Duluth, Ga / Gwinnett County ~ {Atlanta, Johns Creek, Alpharetta, Lawrenceville – Senior Portraits}
February 13, 2014“As it was coming time to find someone to do my senior pictures I started to research different photographers because I wanted something different than my older siblings. I saw that a few other girls that I knew had used Tricia for their senior pictures and when I saw their pictures I fell in love with Tricia’s work! I immediately had my mom contact Tricia and we set up a date to shoot right away. I really enjoyed my whole experience working with Tricia because she stayed in contact with me the whole time. She had me set up a Pinterest account so she could see my style, what kind of pictures I wanted and the kind of makeup look I would want. It was also very helpful that when I had my outfits and locations picked out that she helped me choose which outfit to go with which location. I was very nervous going into the shoot because I had never done anything like this before, but she made me feel very comfortable and we were laughing the whole time and I had so much fun! Overall, I loved my final pictures and I would honestly recommend Tricia Toker to any girl looking for someone to do their senior pictures!”
- Paige
“It was time to choose a photographer for my daughter’s senior pictures. Paige was doing her research on photographers and Tricia caught her eye immediately. With Paige being my third child to do senior pictures I thought I had the experience figured out, but Tricia went above and beyond my expectations. The overall experience that my daughter and I had working with Tricia was amazing! She was very clear and organized from beginning to end. From working with Paige on Pinterest before the shoot, to photo editing and discussing photo options after the shoot, Tricia made this a personalized experience to remember. She worked with Paige to help decide on jewelry and outfits that would best fit the photo location. The confidence, relaxation and excitement Paige felt was captured in the photos and I couldn’t be happier with the results! If you’re looking for a great senior picture experience I would definitely recommend Tricia Toker.”
